Everyone in the general seating area was having just as good a time as we were in the premium seating area. From our observations, there are several differences besides being called to board the Branson Belle first between the General Tickets and the Captain’s Club tickets. After being directed to our Premium Seats, our server came to take our order. The Captain’s Club menu has a very nice selection of menu and dessert options. It was quite a long walk to the dock and boarding area, but there were plenty of benches along the way to sit and rest. We have vacationed many times in Branson through the years, but we had never been on the Branson Belle. For those with special dietary needs or preferences, you also have the option of vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-free menus.

It is a huge lake that rises 915 feet above sea level and features a surface area of 43,100 acres with 745 miles of shoreline. The artificial lake was created by Table Rock Dam which is fed by the White River.

You can travel by stairs, or by elevator to the other two decks where seating is also available. Peek through the windows of the main seating area or view the water from one of the decks (there are 4 decks and stories to sightsee from), for a once-in-a-lifetime view of one of the Ozark’s most beautiful lakes. All entrees are served with fresh seasonal vegetables, a wedge salad topped with bleu cheese dressing, hot rolls with butter and a few are served with potatoes or wild rice. General Seating tickets are banquet-style seating on the main floor level. Since our seats were elevated, I really can’t comment on whether there were any seats where their view was blocked by the guest in front of them or not.

Our younger guests can enjoy a playful plate of Chicken Nuggets accompanied by comforting macaroni & cheese and fresh green beans, with an applesauce cup on the side. Dessert features the same delightful Ooey Gooey Butter Cake drizzled with a seasonal fruit sauce, light and creamy whipped topping, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Regular tickets include banquet-style seating (long tables with chairs facing the stage) and a standard menu for your 3-course meal. The seating is actually closer to the stage than the Captain’s Club seating, but you’re in rows on a level floor, so your view may be obstructed by guests in front of you. It brings together the waves of the lake with the captivating live entertainment that Branson is known so well for.
The vessel towers over Table Rock Lake at an astounding 112 feet tall. Its two twin paddle wheels span a length of 16 feet wide and 24 feet in diameter. At a length of 278 feet, the Showboat can accommodate up to 700 passengers and can reach speeds of up to 11 miles per hour, though its average speed is a more relaxing 6 miles per hour to allow guests to enjoy the sights.
